Feeling Better

I wanted to thank everyone for all the prayers and well wishes over the past week. For those who don't know, this past Thursday Drew was diagnosed with pneumonia! He woke up with a fever and as the day progressed developed a deep cough and just became really puny. We went to see his doctor and they sent him on the ER for a chest xray and some blood work. 6 hours later, he was discharged after getting some IV antibiotics and some breathing treatments. This past weekend was a bit rough but he definitely seems to be on the mend. Hopefully he will continue to recover and stay healthy for a little while. He was supposed to get tubes in his ears for his frequent ear infections last Friday, but this obviously was canceled....Spring can not come soon enough!
