A Great End to a Great Day

This pic just kind of says it all.....it was such a great day and we were all in just the best, best moods. I just had to end it with a little playtime on the beach after dinner. It was one of those days that does not come around often these days; there was the perfect blend of family time, alone time, and couple time. There was even time made for all of us to exercise. And it didn't even seem hard to squeeze in all of this fun-it just happened as if life was the simplest thing! There were no chores, no time outs, and no "to-do" lists. There was just fun.

We could have had another one of those magical days, but PostPartum Patty woke up instead of Laura Sunday morning, so alas, there was no peace in my head or in the household. Oh well. Thankfully Russ captured the moment on film.
