Family Shot at the Patch

Mimi, Grandpa and Nana came down for a visit in mid-October and it was great to see them. I could not have been more stressed out, however, after going back to work and juggling the kids alone while Russ was traveling, so I don't know how gracious a host I was.....Drew also was in true toddler form, telling people to leave his room or not look at him as he was getting dressed. I was embarassed, having never had him act this way around my family before, especially my 84 year-old grandmother! Hopefully she remembers what two-year-olds are like, and won't take it personally?
The best gift my parents gave us was not the books or clothes for the kids (although we really appreciated those too), but rather babysitting for us so that we could go to the Homecoming game. I can't believe how excited I was to get out during the day, without munchkins, and socialize with good friends. It was a blast and hopefully a new tradition!
