Although Drew has been working on moving for awhile now, it has been mostly backwards progress. He was in a very spunky mood today (probably due to his new pattern of waking at 4am for the day): stealing pacifiers, "helping"" with the 8 week-old in daycare, etc. So, I was not too surprised when he crawled a few paces as I left daycare on my lunch break today. However, I was quite surprised when this evening, his ONLY method of moving around is a full-fledged, determined crawl clear across the house. He can not be satisfied with this great accomplishment; instead, he has already started whining about how he can not pull himself up on the furniture yet. I can see the wheels turning in his head! Brady is quite intrigued by the little man's motion and has started "tossing" her toys to him as he moves around the family room. Thankfully she picked the soft ones. I guess I will be doing some baby-proofing tomorrow on my day off:) Maybe, this is why he has been waking up so early to start his day...and maybe he will sleep till at least 5:30 tomorrow?

Yay! How exciting. The pace in your house is about to pick up dramatically! Exhausting but sooooo much fun :)
