Outer Banks 2010....It was Magical

Words cannot express how amazing it was for me to be able to go down to the Outer Banks this summer with ALL of my boys. Pregnancy can be long and scary, and ours was certainly filled with its' share of fear. I think what really helped get me through some days was imagining our family of four vacationing together, complete with a matching outfit photo shoot on the beach. When we first stepped onto the beach together that first night, I couldn't help but cry. Somehow it just seemed amazing that Rhys was here with us and healthy enough to watch his older brother brave the waves for the first time. Although it was a different type of vacation, filled with sleepless nights and some challenging days, I would not change it for the world. Thankfully some other special people were able to come down at the end to celebrate with us.
