Russ and I were so excited to celebrate Rhys's baptism a few weeks ago. Our whole families came in for the weekend and the house was filled with noise and the sounds of kids running around. We had great weather for the Northerners and enjoyed playing outside. We had a small private ceremony on Saturday morning and Rhys was an angel. Bill and Katie are Rhys's godparents and we were so happy that they could be here for this great event. Rhys probably had the most fun of all: laughing and showing off for his family. He even enjoyed his first piece of chocolate cake! Why wait for your first birthday when you only weigh 15 pounds? The cousins played together again so nicely, without a single arguement or fight over a toy. We wish they lived closer! After the weekend drew to a close, and family members started on their way, Drew was full of questions of who was who's mother and what were their names. For days afterwards, he would wake up asking for one relative or another. We hope to get everyone together again real soon!
