Cousins

On our recent trip to Rochester for Matty's baptism, we surprised my parents by getting professional pictures taken of the grandkids. With matching outfits and all, we headed to the studio. Of course, we had to wake our kids up at 3am for the 5:30 flight from Richmond, so Drew was DEFINITELY not in the mood to do anything other than play, but the photographer was able to get some good shots in and a memory was made.
My mom always says that cousins are the perfect relative-close enough to know and understand the family drama, but not too close where you fight and have to share toys. I know that years from now I will still cherish these pictures and hope that the boys realize how blessed they are to have such great cousins so close in age. In fact, you can't get much closer than this:)

Owen (3), Rhys (4 months), Alex (4 1/2), Matty (5 months), & Drew (2 1/2)

Notice whose kid is carrying toys?

Just 4 weeks apart and so similar in temperament:)

Those are GREAT! I wish Matty S would get with the program and work on some cousins for MY boys. ;-)

It was so so great to see them together! I have to admit, I cried at Matty's baptism:) Any prospects for Matty S? If not, send him down South and I will hook him up with a nice Southern gal:)
